Who said you need to travel up north to witness sea of clouds? Rizal got you covered and its just few hours away from Manila. Mt. Daraitan is another mountain that attracts the beginners not just because its near Manila but it has one of those spectacular view up there.

Aside from limestones and rock formations at the summit, chance of sea clouds is also to be expected on this mountain, if of course the weather favors your group.

Though Mt. Daraitan is for beginners you cannot deny the fact that somehow steep trails can be deadly for any beginner. Yes, most of the trail are steep and can be very slippery during rainy season so I suggest wearing proper footwear during this days.
